Notice

1. What is a Tourist Fee?
A Tourist Fee is a fee charged on each tourist for every night stayed at a tourist accommodation in Mauritius and is effective as from 01 October 2025. Where a tourist spends part of a night in a tourist accommodation, the Tourist Fee shall be payable only if the tourist has been charged for the accommodation.

2. What is the amount of Tourist Fee to be paid?
The tourist fee of 3 Euros is applicable per tourist, aged 12 years or above, for each night stayed in a tourist accommodation.

Terms & Conditions

All cancellations must be notified by email. The following conditions apply:

Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the amount paid (less any service charge of €35).

Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date: No refund.

No refund will be given in case of no-show.

No discount or refund will be given for late arrival or early departure.

Additional information on rental rates
– The cost for each additional person is € 15 per day.
– Weekly cleaning is charged € 40 (payable locally).

Booking Conditions
– Deposit: 30% of the total amount (payable on booking)..
– Sales : Sales: 70% of the total amount (to be paid 15 days before arrival).
– Payment: bank transfer, cash, French bank check issued in France.
– Currency: The payment is usually made in Euros, unless otherwise agreed.
